Here we go again.

I've decided to start blogging again. Not out of necessity but because I actually want to.. who knew?

So I'm back at college but doing a completely different course this year. Well, I say "back" but i'm just short of half way through the college year so i've actually been back for some time.
I'm really enjoying my course this year. I studied Creative Technologies last year which was essentially a year sat infront of a computer, not exactly my idea of a good time (even though that's how I spend the majority of my free time anyway).

This year however, I'm doing Furniture Production and Design which consists of half my week in the workshop watching a pile of wood be turned into a beautiful piece of furniture by my very hands - This is a very satisfying feeling - and the other half in a drawing room designing pieces that if I had the facilities and time to create would make me a very wealthy man.
All in all it is a course that I take great pleasure in doing and I'm happy to say I have a further two years ahead of me before I will leave and go on to create one-off pieces to sell.

For the first time in my life I actually know what I want to do after leaving education and I'm very confident I'll do well for myself. Well, that's the plan anyway.
